Grace has over 23 years experience working in the Environment Agency and with the private water industry, where led large multidisciplinary technical teams on environmental protection projects. She led across a diverse portfolio, including waste and water regulation, asset management planning, climate change adaptation, biodiversity and agriculture. Her experience has seen her incorporate environmental infrastructure planning and regulatory frameworks into corporate governance and corporate social responsibility strategies. Grace has also supported the development of policy frameworks, collaborating with local authorities, NGOs and industry focus groups across both the public and private sector.
Grace holds a BSc. in Biology and Maths, an MSc. in Environmental Protection and Sustainability and a PGCE in Secondary Science Education.
